$CPPTL Anyone familiar with this? It's a trust formed 12/21/20 from the reorg of J.C. Penney properties. Holds 137 properties of 18.1 mil. sq. ft. Has to dispose of all properties by 12/10/25. $1.227 bil. in equity 75 mil. shares out. Makes payouts as it sells properties.

@RagingVentures @therealkn42 No bank practically has them. Especially many of the small caps who have very few sophisticated enough to manage the risk. The AOCL hits I've seen have shocked me. HTM is basically accounting witchcraft. Tighter lever comes if Fed pushes higher, and money flees.

A bizarre situation where every board member of this REIT fails to win a majority of votes. Per guidelines, they all tender their offers to resign. The Board of Trustees will decide whether to accept or reject the resignations. The board is them! I wonder what they'll decide? 🤔
