@Mrgunsngear
Bad shoot.
1: We have a legal RIGHT to keep and bear Arms.
2: If a cop can shoot you to death in your own home simply because he saw you carrying a weapon
3: Point 1 ceases to be a right because of Point 2.
This is a HUGE problem with training and conditioning cops to react
@Nigel_Hakeem
I'm going to say this one more time and make it very clear.
BLOCKADING TRAFFIC IS A CRIME. IT IS ACTUALLY MULTIPLE CRIMES IN ONE ACTION.
If you attack or kill people for moving you, while you are in the commission of a crime, then you WILL go to prison for murder and face the
@Helldivers2HQ
Also important to have a squad of individually competent Helldivers. Especially if you have a guy who can go in solo and ghost out secondaries while the rest of the unit runs primaries.

Like most ethnic foods, the quality of the food REALLY depends on the establishment you go to. It looks like you went to a mid place, ergo, mid food.
You're in NYC, why not look up some of the more highly rated ones?

Objection: Speculation of intention.
CamoDiver here has no way to know exactly what was going through the mind of the deceased.

Officer had the alleged victim secure, and he had no reason to go in there. He honestly could have established communication by calling out from the doorway.
There were many ways to de escalate this situation without becoming a de facto State sanctioned executioner.
@KenSlackBledsoe
@Mrgunsngear
Histrionics do not a justified shoot make. Cop did everything wrong here. The alleged victim was secure and he could have called out from the doorway, instead he charged in like Captain America with no backup and acted as a state sanctioned assassin.

@ShitpostGate
You remember that scene in The Dark Knight where Batman has Morgan Freeman illegally tap into every single person in Gotham's technology and he could kinda 3D map the whole city simultaneously to find Joker?
Yeah, it's kinda like that concept but real.

His work after the war to reduce tensions and reintegration of the confederacy with the USA. He also contributed to several universities, and also was not a particularly big fan of the practice of slavery
He inhereted slaves from his wife's father with instructions to free them
@iamyesyouareno
It's not even "Black American Culture" there were *some* former slaves who were in Mexico and learned roping and riding and cattle hearding from the Mexican Vaqueros, the entire culture of cowboys comes from Vaquero culture which is Hispanic/European derivative (cattle came from

Not particularly painful, no. If she didn't faint from fright while falling, she would have died instantly on impact, likely never cognizant of any physical pain.
Like instant off switch before the pain signals could even reach her already liquefied brain tissue.

@Mrgunsngear
Cops were actually called by the man's own child.
Cop barged in without warrant and extrajudicially executed a man for exercising his 2nd Amendment right to hold his own arms in his own house.
Cop had no right to go barging in when establishing communication and de-escalating

You don't see white dudes in trailer parks pulling shit like this.

One could argue how that jury selection wasn't an abridgement of your rights as you have a right to a jury of "your peers".
These people aren't your peers, they are at best antagonistic adversaries.

You know what the penalty for violation of 18 USC 241 and 242 is upon conviction?
Because you're being very loud about not only knowing that you violated the Constitution, but are unremorseful about it, which would mean absolutely ZERO legal immunity.

As a hazmat tanker driver, I have no idea why he stopped or slowed down repeatedly.
Once he saw that they were swaming him he should have kicked it into gear and kept rolling without stopping until he was safe.

You can't legally claim self-defense when actively in the commission of a crime.
Newsflash, blockading the road is multiple crimes!

Every single time the Biden Admin proposes an "Assault Weapons Ban" modeled after tge 1994 AWB, would be a good start.
But of course you aren't looking at it as an incremental slow walk to confiscation, but only for direct ban bills.
The point of course is to criminalize 2A.

I'd be having a great time. See I haul hazmat, which means anyone blockading and impeding my traffic is considered by the federal government to be a terrorist and I am required to get that load out of there however I can.
At 50 tonnes, you're not winning that fight, and a truck

Procedurally the cop shouldn't have stormed in like that. There wasn't a hostage situation nor was it a barricade situation. He could have called out or attempted many other lines of communication.

During the 2020 BLM/ANTIFA Riots, while they were mostly contained in the big cities, there were a few threats of trying to bring that sort of lawlessness to small towns and rural America.

Actually I'd like to see Texas litigate this. Nowhere in the Constitution does the Federal government have the explicit power to control immigration- only the power to standardize the naturalization process.
10th amendment slam dunk me thinks.

It's not. It is not.
Democracy is mob rule by any other definition. It's a system where the least common denominator has as much power as those with a vested interest in this country's ongoing success.
A Republic is ideal and frankly we need to repeal the 16th and 17th, and I'm

If you went to a psychiatrist and a doctor and said "I identify as a paraplegic, you should sever my spinal cord so I can't walk" an ethical person would say "You are not paralyzed, you can walk, it's in your head."
Instead your argument goes something like Talladega Nights.

In all fairness there is no amount of money that can redeem the decay that is deep in the bones of Detroit. Detroit used to be considered analogous to European cities, and had spectacular architecture, most of that is rotted away or destroyed now.
Such waste of promise.

I just found it more eerie, having been to DC.
Eventually I just started exploring buildings and houses and examining the scenery, piecing together the stories of the last moments of the people who died in the bombs.
Many were quite sad, but none were quite as sad as going into
