When testing with @emberjs you might come to a situation to stub your service. To stub service create a stub class which extends Service and inside a test write the following `this.owner.register('service:[servicename]', stubClass)` You can also register in beforeEach Hook.

React can't render objects as direct children. I thought it could only render primitive data types as direct children, but then I tried it with an array. React loops through the array and checks for primitive types. If it finds an array of objects, it throws an error. #React

Learned something new today. Working on @discord APIs I had to use discord Id. All my requests to the API returned an unknown user error. The reason was the ID I passed in got altered while passing to the function, as the number was too big.

Effectiveness of deep assertions: Recent update: Created a generate auth token as an async function, forgot to put await while using it. My fetch calls are set with auth token as "Promise" text. Deep assertions would have stopped this by asserting the value of tokens in tests.

This is how my index file looks when I set up a scheduled event handler at @Cloudflare workers. Since the code is completely flexible you can set up your own auth token generation and verification mechanisms, and do many more things than just calling the APIs.

To send a dm on @discord using a bot can be done in various ways. Constraints: Use @Cloudflare workers - Discord Js package (Not Possible on CFW) - HTTP Endpoints: - /users/ @me /channels: Create DM Channel - /channels/${channel_id}/messages: Use the above channel to send a DM

How do Some sites block you after x number of requests? Every system is identifiable in 2 ways Logical addressing (IP) and physical addressing(MAC). The first phase is getting the IP and blocking through it. Next would be to resolve IP to MAC using ARP and block that address.
