This is the best picture I ever snapped of Spaceship Earth. I still used a camera back then, not a cell phone/iPad. My daughter always said it looks like a postcard. I love this attraction for the experience of traveling through time periods of communications technology.

It 's our Disney Anniversary! On this day in 1997 a 40- ish single Mom packed up her 3 year old and headed to DisneyWorld for the first time. We loved it so much we would buy into Disney Vacation Club in 2008. Last week we completed our 65th Disney vacation.

We almost never ride the Ferry Boat from Ticket and Transportation to Magic Kingdom. I think we have only been on the Ferry twice in 70+ vacations. This trip we decided when we got off the monorail from Epcot, we would hop on the Ferry instead of getting on a second monorail. The

2 weeks till arrival at WDW. Our Magical Extras package arrived in the mail today. Luggage tags & an each guest voucher for a round of miniature golf and General Admission to ESPN Wide World of Sports . They used to do this back in the late 90's. Glad it's back.

Shared Bus Service for a Deluxe Resort like Wilderness Lodge is deplorable. Our experience was the bus to/from Magic Kingdom and EPCOT is shared with Fort Wilderness Campground. Bus to Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs is shared with the Contemporary Resort. All this means is

Sad that @WaltDisneyWorld cuts amenities while increasing resort rates. This is the best thing Disney ever did. Today was our last time using the service to the airport and we got a big Orange Dynamic bus instead of the MDE bus.

@bobpockrass Bob you need to Stop. Alex was injured in a cup car. Kurt Busch had a career ending wreck in a cup car. Did you see @KyleLarsonRacin car at Talladega? Earnhardt was killed in a cup car. The NASCAR media just needs to stop. NASCAR is as dangerous as any other form of racing.

We always budget $110 for 2 adults to eat 1 quick service breakfast and one table service per day. The last 2 days our table service alone was $115 and $118. Breakfast at Pop food court was less than $25. The price increases have me reworking our December food budget.
