Aggie not feeling great, sitting in a chewy box that I use to block the dogs from the hallway. Waiting on a call from the vet. She's not kept anything down for almost two days.
Hard to see in this photo but found some very dirty cat paw prints on the sooty kitchen counter today. No food missing, but a possible sign of life. Put out all fresh food and made a clean sleeping spot, going to get some ppe so I can stay in the house longer tomorrow and hope

My maternal grandfather punched a department store Santa Clause in the face after said Santa made his daugher (my mom) cry by telling her she couldn't have a red flyer because she was a little girl and little girls should ask for dolls.

(since colorized photos are mostly guesswork, and do degrade the original image, it's good practice to always link the original when you link a modified photograph -- else eventually we'll never see the originals anymore on search engines, etc)
I hate to ask because I know how hard it is for everyone, and how many people are in need. I have been asked to make one, and so I humbly do, but understand if no one helps.
If you wish to assist Aggie, you can do so here.
Aggie is okay for now. Much better prognosis from this Dr and hospital. Will send some details from the computer later. For now here is my very tough girl.
Tomorrow morning is Aggie's trip to the hospital cardiologist. The last doc didn't think she'd make it to today. But she has. So we're seeing someone else. I'm anxious. Hope I can get some sleep.
Wish Aggie luck <3
House fire. Took, yuki, my mom and I got out. Aggie Agatha my angel is probably dead plz say prayers for her, if she got out it's freezing cold please pray for a miracle
I just bolted upright because I realized I'd not remembered to give aggie her dinner tonight. and then ten minutes of choking sobs and now I'm back here.
those half seconds when you forget my god that hurts
I woke up this morning the same way
May be another few hours before Aggie and I are out of here but wanted everyone to know things are going well. And thank you all again โบ๏ธโบ๏ธโบ๏ธ
Heading out to the fire sight, it's noon local, going to rent an infrared camera and get ppe so I can safely stay at the house for several hours to look for and wait for Aggie. Fingers crossed.
Aggie is back home with me after 6 hours at the hospital. She's with us today, but has a short prognosis. Days or weeks.
Thank yall for your love and support. I'll be around because aggie will get annoyed with me holding her eventually.
I know hearing about a pet or any loved one passing can be very hard, so please feel free to mute me, I'm probably going to be tlaking about scruff the amazing cat a lot over the next day or two. If not always. I don't want to make you sad I'm just grieving with everyone

Happy birthday to me! On sept 28th 1980 I came into this world and have so far refused to leave it, despite all advice to the contrary.
Thank all of you who are a part of my life even peripherally, it makes the days better, and my memories richer. Give your pets a patpat for me!
Vet is dealing with an emergency which is making everything very slow - which is fine I hope their emergency turns out well! Aggie is waiting on some blood work but seems to be doing very well considering!!
Our options. End of life, or 9,000 of hospital care, feeding tube, and follow ups for three months of extra life. What a horrible choice to make. Do I mortgage everything for three months? Do I say goodbye because of money? It's insane to decide.
Aggie is diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and had an acute decompensated syndrome from this called thyrotoxicosis, or a thyroid storm. It's very dangerous. It caused her heart to fail and her lungs to fill with fluid. She arrived at the ER in code and was moments from death.
They checked her kidney values and it seems her heart medication has caused them severe damage. I am taking her home with me tonight. Tomorrow we will probably be forced to say goodbye to my angel. Thank you all for loving her with me.
Update she's doing great all things considered, vitals all good. Not yet dangerously dehydrated. They are running blood work to check on kidney values and if stable will treat her and get her back home. May be a few more hours just keeping y'all up to date

Not ratified, correct. The US opposes any restrictions to it's own power.
It ignores it's own law though, of course. It has ratified the UN Convention against Torture, but uses torture regardless.
Aggie is expected to be extreme levels of tired until friday or saturday, but to give her some exercise I am to occasionally pick her up and take here someplace she doesn't want to be, and then let her down. She huffily walks back to her bed and lays back down. It's cute.
Love yall. Don't waste bad feelings on me. I'm rich with love and spending time with Aggie and the dogs and watching movies and stuff, and I don't want the weight of making any of you have a worse time.
You have always been kind to us. Thank you. With all my heart.
