I saw SEO drama happening and gave myself 60 seconds to locate the source. 28 seconds in I stopped caring and gave up. It's an incredibly freeing position to give absolutely zero fucks about industry gossip anymore. That energy does amazing things directed elsewhere. Focus.❤️

The myth that we don't exist is just lazy at this point. If you're surrounded by men and only employ men in your SEO agency or on your team then you have a problem, not the industry. I personally know 100s of killer technical SEOs, analysts, strategists, and link builders.

Some women are amazing at promo and already successful, so they simply don't need to participate in a roundup of X marketers. It doesn't mean they aren't there, it means they're busy AF without your article. Take 2 seconds to find another woman in SEO who is up and coming.

Women are inherently less likely to put themselves out there. Not all, but generally speaking we're less forward than men. So, you have to ACTIVELY work harder to open the door for inclusivity. When you do, women will show up.
