Middle pitches are 90 mph. Spin increases from 2000>2500>3000. Only 3 inches of vertical separation at plate
Pitches near LHH start at 90mph, 92,94,96,98,100. 5 inches of max vertical separation at plate
Pitches near RHH are 0 VRA, -1, -1.5, -2, -3 degrees
What forces affect the flight of a pitch?
- Gravity
- Magnus
- Drag
- Seams
Air density gets factored into our model as well (Temp, Humidity, Pressure, Elevation)
