Convert to Catholicism from Reformed Protestantism. I love sharing helpful tools for Catholics to use when dialoguing with their Protestant friends and family.
Protestant Friends: Did you know the view that Mary had other children became known as the Antidicomarian heresy in the early church, and even the Reformers didn't hold to this view? What's the biblical evidence for her perpetual virginity? Let's look.
@5Solas2
So aside from your intentional straman argument you’re admitting that you’d prefer a sinful man at the center of focus instead of Christ Himself.
@autocorrect2_0
This is a theologically illiterate take. Sorry but Protestants need a basic understanding of biblical theology before they throw out stuff like this. No Mary couldn’t die for you even if she was sinless. Mary is finite. Her death does not possess infinite worth. She could not
Getting settled into my new state…so of course that means I’m sending some new local Protestant pastors some good reading material and a note from me. Pray for all the gentlemen who receive a copy that they would be open to learning. Once I unpack all my boxes I’ll do a book
@AngelaBelcamino
Having to post something to prove you’re happy is enough indication you’re not really happy. I hope you find happiness but this isn’t it.

Gabriel Hughes: “Don’t listen to that Jesus fella, He got the rock wrong, he really meant to call himself rock instead of Peter. Oh and Jesus clearly screwed up the Greek and called Peter pebble even though He spoke Aramaic. Sheesh, Jesus needs to learn His Bible like Protestants
@bornagainsteph
Why not actually dialogue with one of us instead of posting about stuff you’re not familiar with? Don’t you think it would be more fruitful to dialogue? Catholics hear these bad arguments daily. Reposting the same stuff from KJVO folks doesn’t actually reach out to us. I
@Truth_matters20
Water baptism (John’s baptism) is not Christian baptism (water and Spirit). Christian baptism saves you (Peter), regenerates you (Paul), washes away sin and allows the reception of the Holy Spirit (Luke) and is being born again (John).
If you actually held to covenant theology,
@REF0RMEDBAPTIST
Don’t be sorry, unlike you, we believe the Word of God when it says Sola Scriptura is false and denies justification by faith alone as Protestants articulate it. But yall do yall.
@FaithWithMase
Paul says every member of the body of Christ is an intercessor for all men. Do you believe Mary to be a member of the body of Christ? John says believers in heaven bring prayers of others before Christ.
Your baseless claim is simply biblically illiterate.
@Truth_matters20
Danny if only you worshipped God in fullness and truth, you’d know this isn’t even remotely worship. This comment is the result of having an extremely low view of worship.
@FaithWithMase
That’s not a biblical phrase. Paul says faith working through love and James says not by faith alone.
Mason, your dead faith cannot save you.
@JustinPetersMin
You don’t know anything about purgatory if you think that verse even relates at all to it. Justin. For the love. Do some basic reading of Catholic theology.
@faithwillsaveu
Bruh, name one Baptist church that looks anything like this?
“If Christ Jesus, our Lord and God, is himself the high priest of God the Father; and if he offered himself as a sacrifice to the Father; and if he commanded that this be done in commemoration of himself, then
@JonnyRoot_
@RealCandaceO
@KevinPosobiec
Jon posting this not realizing Scripture teaches this of initial justification, in baptism, while conveniently leaving off the entire part about the required Christian life to follow in verse 10, avoidance of which involves losing your sacrifice for sin and being severed from
Brian Simmons describes how he wanted to make his new Bible translation.
"Like intimate lovers, the Spirit would breathe into me and, as I exhale, it becomes revelation to the people of God."
Millions of his "Passion Translation" have sold. Top scholars say it's not good.
@Gian_TheBaptist
If you oversell it then it’s not coping lol. He was a Pentecostal convert and didn’t like the Pope. Not exactly like a Trent Horn converting.
@JoshBuice
Josh, while we cannot help that you reject the full gospel of Jesus in Scripture, it is quite sinful bearing false witness against Christians. Just because you confuse initial conversion with final justification doesn’t mean we aren’t Christian. Return to the gospel, Josh.
@sigurdson_chris
The actor playing Dionysus basically admitted it was the last supper saying it would be no fun without controversy. French TV also said it was a depiction of the last supper. The guy who mixed in Dionysus with the Last Supper said “In France, we are republic, we have the right to
@FaithWithMase
All? Mason here apparently does not think Mary gave birth to the divine person Jesus Christ. This is your brain on anti Catholic rhetoric devoid of biblical knowledge.
@marcjune23
@ZoomerRandy
@Catholic_bro
If you need a fisheye distorition to justify bearing false witness, Mark, we know by your fruit that you’re not a follower of Christ.
@TrevorSheatz
This view was never held by a single Christian we have record of. Not one. Not Augustine. Not Fulgentius. Not even any of the biblical authors. Not until the Reformation era do we see this false notion that all initially justified believers persevere to the end (or even worse,
@BookOfRevelatio
This graphic represents the classic Protestant butchering of 1 Tim 2:5 which has zero to do with prayer. Paul is saying only Christ can die to mediate the covenant and serve as ransom. μεσίτης is used 6 times, never once referring to prayer and 100% of the time refers to covenant
@dalepartridge
Dale. Buddy. This isn’t how you approach the Word of God. What institution taught you such a poor approach to Scripture?
Since God isn’t mentioned in the book of Esther, is God not important to the author?
If you actually knew Paul you’d realize that Paul is concerned with the
@pearlythingz
@AbidurR22910310
Pearl, this is why people don’t appreciate your grift. She’s actually helping men by encouraging them to abandon destructive habits. You’re discouraging men in every way with your lousy takes. You should learn from her. You’d be a lot happier.
@cagewilder
1) so you affirm the Nestorian heresy?
2) you’ve not read Isiah 22 and Matthew 16?
3) so you’re not familiar with the context of vain repetitions? see below.
4) that’s an odd thing to claim about Christianity.
Protestant Friends: were you told that Catholic prayers, especially in the Rosary, are vain repetitions? Do you know the biblical context of “vain repetitions?” Let’s dive deeper so we can have a better dialogue:
@FaithWithMase
So you disagree with Paul that baptism is regeneration? With John that baptism is being born again? With Acts that says baptism washes away sins and allows the reception of the Holy Spirit? With Peter that baptism now saves you? With the entire early Church?
@5Solas2
Which Protestant churches do these sound like?
“If Christ Jesus, our Lord and God, is himself the high priest of God the Father; and if he offered himself as a sacrifice to the Father; and if he commanded that this be done in commemoration of himself, then certainly the priest,
@HwsEleutheroi
Strawmanning is your game now eh? Who said this was “apostolic tradition”? 😆 bruh. Stop making stuff up. Local traditions don’t have to be “apostolic” in nature.
@Truth_matters20
Danny: “we go after Catholics because Christ’s substantial presence is less important than your Bible which post dates the Eucharist!” 🤡
@realchloenicole
Correct. It doesn’t fit any definition of idolatry:
1) no false god
2) no sacrifice offered to such a false god
3) Mary isn’t put ahead of Christ
4) statues aren’t 2CVs
5) Mary being Queen Mother is a biblical concept
@TheYellowKazoo
Please don’t post ignorant Protestant graphics. It makes people roll their eyes at people who do. Ignorance shouldn’t be spread. You’re aware the Protestant King called his translation garbage. The bishop counted around 2000 errors. It included heretical translations. And so on.
@bornagainsteph
We are not upset that you disagree just that you don’t know what we believe and you critique our beliefs without having a good grasp of them. You engage in open air preaching but won’t actually dialogue with us. Turns out that misrepresenting the people you critique doesn’t
@the_thin_place
True presence as taught by the reformers isn’t the same as substantial presence. Closest you get is Luther who condemned Zwingli to hell for his views on Christ’s presence. But spiritual presence as *true* presence isn’t the same at all.
@FaithWithMase
That’s because it’s not a biblical phrase…the Pauline phrase is faith working through love. Paul explicitly denies that mental is sufficient. Paul even stated assent plus trust is insufficient. Faith must work through love. James says any faith that isn’t producing works is
@yvette_tan
No one mistook the blue Smurf depiction of Dionysus as Jesus. We took the depiction of the last supper behind him as being of the last supper which they basically admitted. The guy who was in charge of the opening ceremony said he wanted to show the French have the right not to
Making the drive to see and meet Dr. Scott Hahn tomorrow. Almost 20 years ago, one of his lectures changed the theological course of my life. I was a strong anti-Catholic, Reformed Protestant trying to get as many Catholics as I could to leave the Church. Thank you, Dr Hahn.
@cjohnsonn0311
This is one of his dumber arguments. You can have peace at any time in Catholicism through the biblical means God provided through Christ. The Reformed view has no certainty of peace because it’s all first person subjective peace that’s not immune from self deception.
@Truth_matters20
He’s actually not, that would be all the folks that came before him that already were translating it into English and older forms of English. Tyndale’s translation was riddled with errors and condemned by the Protestant king as garbage and his own bishop counted innumerable
@Kenneedsgrace
This is a bad argument by Protestants. 99% probably didn’t even listen and just read the “quote” without the context.
What was said: Satan’s pride was more scared of being overshadowed by handmaiden than by an infinitely powerful God because he recognized God cannot be
I will now officially be voting for Trump. Sorry, Solidarity Party, maybe next time. The left cannot be allowed to win. I love my Democrat friends, but violence thrives under leftism.
@faithwillsaveu
Yes because the new covenant is a fulfillment of the Abrahamic, and children born to covenant members are covenant members. Covenant members are not just new converts.
@BroSpencer
He also won’t allow women to participate in communion which is never mentioned or explicitly commanded and wouldn’t hold to Sola Scriptura. But thankfully Scripture doesn’t teach you to approach it with such a bad approach so we see from necessary inference that both infant
@5Solas2
Scripture says you can be severed from Christ, fall from grace, shipwreck your faith, lose your sacrifice for sin, be cut off and thrown into the fire, be disqualified, not endure, and so on. The view that every justified believer would persevere is entirely absent from all of
@bornagainsteph
We want you to discuss with us in truth. Which requires you being open to learning about Catholicism from Catholic sources and not anti Catholic memes. I don’t mind if you disagree. I want honest dialogue. Why not discuss with us first to learn our positions and then our
@laidinhislove
Summary, forgive the brevity of claims:
1) Papacy- unique to Catholicism and biblical
2) The Eucharist- unique to Catholicism and Orthodoxy, others don’t have a valid sacrament here.
3) Correct view of justification.
4) Recognition of how experiential righteousness is received
Protestant Friends: Were you told that Catholics removed the 2nd Commandment? Were you told that Catholics worship statues? Let's take a look at those claims.
@TrevorSheatz
@RealCandaceO
Sad to see people so utterly unfamiliar with Scripture hating on her faith in Christ. Trevor, spend more time in Scripture and leave Christians alone. You may yet become one too, and join Candace.

@KariLake
IVF is horrible. Bad take. There is no redeeming quality related to IVF. Don’t play God and don’t condone an environment that creates some children to be discarded.
@FaithWithMase
lol Mason butchering 1 Tim 2:5 wasn’t on my bingo card for today. Sir, 1 Tim 2:5 has zero to do with prayer. Paul is speaking of covenant mediation. He is saying only Christ can die to mediate the new covenant and serve as ransom. μεσίτης is used 6 times, 100% for covenant
