If someone has 1Cr today, withdraws a mthly amt of 50K which gets increased every year by 6% (to manage inflation),corpus will last for 22.5 yrs (Assuming 9% growth) Tier 2/Tier 3 city - 50K/month is good enough money for mthly needs. SWP is underrated! Tax efficient too!

36 Blogs written so far to my clients. I started publishing lately on X & LinkedIn. The intention is to create Fin Literacy. I write every Tuesday. Missed it only once in Dec due to cyclones which disrupted Power/Internet supply. Will probably stop once it hits 50!

This is an excellent insight from @FundsIndia Time in the mkt is more imp than timing. Even if you invested in the peak of the markets before some of the major crashes, you will still have a good CAGR if you stay long term!

At 5.58 AM, it takes 39 mins to travel 22KM At 8AM, it will be 80 mins to cover the same 22KM Power of starting early! U can plan ONLY for ur retirement if u start at ur 40s BUT U can plan for FINANCIAL FREEDOM at 40s if u start at ur 20s The goal should be FINANCIAL FREEDOM!
