Patient grabbed my arm twice I sat him up said I can’t treat if he does this. He proceeded to shout at me until I treated him. Had a go at me while he was in the chair. I had to be escorted to my car for safety. Are you sure you want to keep your dentists? 😅

Being advised against specialising in omfs due to poor pay, culture and hours vs my trained qualifications. Isn’t that sad ? 2 degrees and >3 highly trained years. Imagine how many people even further skilled than this have to pass up this pathway because it’s unwise

Tbh i had a strong feeling that my going into hospital and practice thoughout the pandemic - being part of the frontline, constantly at risk and exposed to covid, working in mountains of PPE and protocol - would not be recognised afterwards. People forget as soon as it’s gone 🙊
