I think Shaykh Sa’id Al Kamali Al Maliki is an Ash’ari. One of his videos he mention kalam terminologies and that he mention Ashaira is upon the maddhab of Ahlussunah. And mention from many from his shuyukh were Ashari although he was a student of Ibn Uthaymin.
