@Phillies My fear came true in that this game was the first time they've seen a playoff caliber pitcher during the offensive hot streak and the bats went cold. You won't see guys like Lyles and Keuchel in the playoffs so I hope the offense didn't benefit just from bad pitchers. Walker

Ohtani's odds on the books are weird. Renfroe is ahead of him in HR odds when he hasn't hit a HR off a lefty since April 10. TB is at 0.5 when its usually always 1.5 especially when Ohtani leads the majors in XBH. HRR 1.5 is juiced to the under at -135. Do the books know

Zack Gelof became the fastest A's player to reach 10 HRs surpassing McGwire. In the past 2 weeks vs RHP he's ranked 4th in wRC+ at 235 leading to a .368 4 HR and 1.218 OPS stat line. Someone to keep in mind next year for a potential goat whale.

@Phillies Suarez didn't have his best stuff, but battled to keep it close. The problem again of them not hitting good pitchers especially with RISP as they had 2Ks and a pop up. The Bohm call hurt, but didn't cost them the game along with Covey should never be in the 9th of a 2 run game.
