Someone is attacking big sites with Domain mirroring. Loading their entire site through CDN into a different site. Example: This URL loads Healthline domain, and canonicalize to Healthline. When Google crawls it, it might conflate the two together.

So what actually happened here? Google using their HCU update, elevated Quora and its "questions" into the top results. Which created a huge incentive to create fake profile, pump them with upvotes to appear as the first legitimate answer to those questions. Example:
