My brother, Michael, died on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend and my life was destroyed as of then, as was my family. My dad died over two years later, as he could not live without his son, his sun; who was born on his birthday. Some anniversaries hit harder than others & 😭.

Two out of three of the kids in my family have died, my brother Michael, & my sister, Rachel. I know they both suffered depression, anxiety, & addiction. I would not have bet on me to be the last one standing, but it’s terrible. I hate the holidays.
