Everytime I talk of mum’s tomatoes in Kakhovka in interviews, I get a massive lump in my throat. So incredibly home-sick today. She planted 🍅 before they left. Hoping they grow full and burst and self-seed this August, so we can enjoy them next year.

My🇺🇦 niece Asya who is living with us, started writing poetry.She can be shy, but she is very open with adults at the school.She showed her poems to the librarian and made her cry.Librarian invited her to the poetry club which Asya will join.A bit of light when I feel dark.
