The main way to stop getting hit by “Random” Drive Impact: 1) Hit confirm your special moves. 2) Use super cancellable heavy normals and be ready to cancel into SA if the normal connects with DI. DI is a callout. If you’re getting hit by it you’re either autopilot or sleep.

One major key to getting better at SF6 is to just accept that things will happen. You won’t check every drive rush. You won’t react to every DI. Every parry won’t worry. Accept what happens and don’t dwell on it or it will impact your performance.

Inspired by @higuchi010914 . Saw him do this route vs. Tokido and wanted to see what Guile could get. Seems like you have to do instant DR Cr. MP after DF+HK. Easier to do (sort of) and better damage than the St. HK into Cr. MP loops. #SF6_Guile

If you're +15 or more, you can extend your combos with drive rush. Play around in the training room to figure out the spacing. Great way to get more damage out of a combo. #SF6_Guile

It is better to use M Sonic Boom at max range to get this type of conversion. L Sonic Boom travels too slow and won't reliably allow Guile to combo. Keep this in mind when whiff punishing Marisa's 2MP. #SF6_Guile

I’ll keep it real, as a competitor, the best tournament experience I’ve ever had was at Combo Breaker. EVO has to do better man. Can barely hear on most setups. PlayStation 5 overheating and causing lag. For spectators and observers it is great. For competitors, not so much.

I'm a lab monster and I pride myself on that but we all have some slow moments. It took me like 12 years to realize that Guy/Kimberly elbow drop was not a mid 🤦🏾‍♂️. I'm so mad at myself right now for stand blocking this nonsense smh. Players mess up too! 😂

Getting Nice w/ Ice - Trade Combos Several characters in SF6 can purposely trade with a normal to create situations combo opportunities. In the video, I show a basic setup where Guile is +3 on block & can throw or use a 7F normal to trade with a 4F normal. #SF6_Guile
