Reviewing passenger feedback on platform 13&14 we have installed windbreaks along with seating on both platforms. We plan to install a priority seating area in the coming weeks too. There is also a project to review and improve the waiting lounge in 2020.

UPDATE - We found him after he alighted the @MCRMetrolink this morning, persumingly after a free ride around the city! We contacted @ManCityCouncil who sent a dog warden and found he was chipped so the owner has been contacted to pick him up!

A spot of vacuuming in #Milnthorpe #Cumbria 👷‍♂️ We’re replacing ballast (stone) on a section of the West Coast main line to help keep the track in tip top condition🛤 This will help to make the railway more reliable🚆👍 #MayBHWorks @northernassist @TPExpressTrains @VirginTrains
