We are sorry to report that serving PD Tilly has passed having developed cancer. Today we will remember and honour a fantastic police dog so full of character & who had so much more to give. Thank you for your service Tilly. Rest now.
Scooby was working at Waterloo yesterday & someone tried to avoid him. That's odd, thought an officer, everyone loves Scooby?! Here's what was in his bag! Another nasty weapon taken off the network & the street thanks to dogs & humans working together as team. Have a great day 😊
Sad news, today we lost the legendary RPD Max. Max is the dog on our Twitter cover page when he was photographed during the Olympics. He will be missed but not forgotten. Thank you Max for all years of service.

It’s with a heavy heart to announce we sadly lost RPD Marci who has passed away following a short illness. Marci was a 10 year old GSD/Mali Cross who retired in 2022 and was a decorated General Purpose/Firearms Support Dog who in 2017 was awarded the PDSA Order of Merit.
PD Robbie's last shift today, he retires after 5 years. He is a 6 year old Sprocker and came to us after he was rehomed twice. It was clear from the start that it was♥️at first sight with his handler. It's no surprise that he will be going to his forever home with his handler 🏡
Unfortunately we have lost a legends. RPD Max started in 2005 working the bombings in July plus the G8 in Gleneagles. He continued to keep us safe until his retirement in 2012. Sadly at 16 years of age he has crossed the rainbow bridge. Our thoughts go to Will and his family.

Well, we made it. 10k followers! Never thought our section would attract so many Ordinarily, that number is not important but this shows the support there is from the public for police dogs & it is overwhelming Really can’t thank you all enough Your support means a lot to us😊

When PD Frankie spotted a male running from police in
