Did you know #maya3d has multiple falloff modes on the move key tool? with #tbAnimTools , use shift + right click in the graph editor to quickly change modes.

Seniority in Animation sometimes means doing the boring/annoying/tedious tasks so your team can have an easier/smoother/streamlined pipeline. 🚫 Does this guarantee a promotion? No ✅ Does it pave the way towards seniority? Likely ✅ Does it demonstrate leadership? Absolutely
