@StageLeft_NYC The 2007 NYC revival was written off as dated and not needed. Outside of an Encores-type concert setting, can't see any producers bringing in a new revival of it. A shame, because it's one of my top 5 shows of all time but then I'm old and the show is, sadly, past its prime.

@fergusonskirby When this came out in theaters, her lips did not match what she was singing. It was awkward and obvious. I saw it at 2 different theaters in 2 different cities & both times it was bad. They fixed it digitally for the dvd/streaming releases.
