So the incredible NHS delivered my husband back to me early yesterday after being told he would stay in overnight having had a much needed operation. He feels a little sore & tired. He’s ok. I’m so grateful to have him home. Thank you to all the kind staff at #MorristonHospital 🌈

55 years ago today at 9.15am tradgedy stuck South Wales. 144 lives were lost, 28 adults & 116 children from Pant Glas Junior School, Aberfan when Tip no. 7 slipped and hit the school and the village. A mining disaster that should never have happened. We will never forget you. ♥️

Two cesarean sections, delivery of two perfect babies, appendix taken out, broken nose, fingers, toe. Mammograms. Smear tests. Chilli in my eyes, glass in my toe. But most importantly desperately trying to save our little boy. You did all you could. Thank you NHS. #NHS70 💙

My lovely 95 year old neighbour Arwyn Llewellyn passed away last night. I am heartbroken. I adored him, we talked rugby, politics, gardening and I loved reminiscing about his past and all his exploits. He’s was an interesting man. I will miss him with all my heart. #MyFriend xx

I came through that same Youth Arts infrastructure as @michaelsheen and was supported by our local government. Our youth today certainly don’t have those same opportunities because the arts are not correctly supported or funded. It’s not fair, it’s not right. It needs to change.
