I’m so relieved that Marcus will finally be home with his family. A care plan is in place-a plan that should’ve been in place BEFORE he was incarcerated.I only hope that Marcus recovers well from his time in HMP Norwich. This whole ordeal was avoidable. Lessons must be learned.

Authorities had 4 years to provide him with intervention and failed him big time, despite constant efforts to get him help and support. Marcus is a peaceful, polite and kind young man, desperate to be accepted. #FreeMarcus
