Quite a few months ago, I attended a @GoodSamApp alert for a cardiac arrest - at work yesterday the @Ldn_Ambulance crew told me the patient survived and was discharged from hospital! All I did was CPR - learn the skill people - it takes a system to save a life!

Portfolio's - tbh I hate them! Had to take a break from @cpdme as I has to use another eportfolio for my employer, just logged back in a these guys have upped their game, there is sooo much m useful CPD and the porfolio is so easy to use! I cant recommend this enough!

Just been to our new @UHSFT staff gym for the first time. Easy online induction, security added access to my pass without fuss and in I went. Nothing fancy, but a good range of machines and hot showers in the changing rooms. All good stuff.

@DrEilidhMaria To me, it seems logical to see someone who is trained and competent to manage your episode of care. With that, the clinician (doctor or otherwise) has a responsibility to have awareness of the limitations of their practice and know when to ask for help.

ACP is a nice umbrella term but individuals should identify you profession in your title. In my case Advanced Paramedic Practitioner. it’s important from an accountability perspective that patient know who is treating them. 1/2

Today it’s #RestartAHeartDay , do you know how to do CPR and use an AED? AED’s are everywhere... Airports, Train Stations, GP surgeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, fire stations, police stations. so there is no excuse not to know how to use one. #savealife

Really eye opening view of the back of the truck during a collision. Important to resist normalisation of being unrestrained in the back. Something I know @LDNairamb and @ACCESS_London1 really stress to their teams, but still a useful reminder
