The 'Theatre of Dreams'. A name Sir Bobby gave Old Trafford.
On this night and always, we are United with you. In heart and spirit; you will always be a part of Manchester United.
Our moral compass.
With history, dignity and respect ๐พ๐ช.
We will love you forever โฅ๏ธ.

@Potentsports
- Solskjaer holds the record for most consecutive away wins in PL history.
- Had 10 games with the team scoring 5+ goals, 4 scoring 6+ (most at United since Sir Alex Ferguson).
Also,
@AndyMitten
What an incredible feat and inspiration ๐. Hoping you're doing a piece for UWS with this, Andy? I think we'd all love to hear his story.
@szmopb
Rangnick was referring to the PSG rumours and if that's what Marcus wanted to do. Not Ralf's opinion, as he also said this:
"Marcus is one of the top strikers in England and has everything you need for a modern forward โpace, skills, size and physicality."
Stop the agenda.
Get yourself an owner who could be willing to put in nearly half of their personal or companies worth into the club. That's potentially Sir Jim Ratcliffe. Which is just one reason, he stands out a country-mile above other bidders. It's a huge, dedicated commitment.
#MUFC
@AndyMitten
Watching Bellingham at Madrid must have killed Ole inside, knowing how close we was to getting him during his management tenure at the club.
A game of fine margins, they say.
@nevergotratioed
@StatmanDave
Man City paid ยฃ15.3M for Alvarez. Even if he scored a couple of goals for us. Still a worthy investment at that price. The club had no excuse and likely a decent future buy. Rangnick is a specialist in sourcing players and turning them into recognised star potential. Scandalous.
@UtdWesleyy
@utdreport
Considered a understated locker-room leader at Real and national team. Experienced, winner, high-calibre player and highly intelligent. A win-win. Was happy to see how Maguire faired this season but had Varane in mind for the โnew eraโ. Definite candidate.
@reaaadingggg
@UtdDistrict
@lauriewhitwell
You can pull that agenda back in. Unless you watch the manager/coaches on the sideline for 90 mins...? Lot of the time, the smiling is โdisbeliefโ.๐ค๐คจ
Anyone can clip a photo of a manager smiling after a defeat Ole, Pochettino, Pepโฆ hereโs Fergie smiling after city beat United 6-1, itโs all about the narrative
*United fans seeing Bailly down: โNOOOOOOOO!!!!โ
United fans then seeing Bailly sprint 40yrds to make a tackle/clearance 3 minutes later...:*
#MUFC
Much more pressing movement from United already; in comparison to Leicester game.
Much quicker in transition too.
Clearly something thatโs been discussed/worked out.
#MUFC
@FootyScran
Can't scran just be scran? As a meat-eater, I've also tried a variety of vegan food. Most taste pretty good. It's all just food at the end of the day!
Would consider including all forms individually (not a thread) unless you want to do one for just meat also?...
@Utd_Prop
@LJxmes
Apppreciated his integrity regarding club problems but when didn't go his way with results; he made it about himself. That's not what MUFC managers do and let's not forget the dreadful football and ice-cold man management.
@sloth_sloman
That not an unpopular opinion. Have said, always loved Ronaldo; he has a legacy at United (for now) but Rooney was a cornerstone of a United generation. The clubโs all-time goalscorer ๐๐พ๐ช.
@UtdWesleyy
Thatโs actually not bad, better then the proposed home kit. Obvious influence of 1993-95 away kit. That was a classic kit, just not sure trying to reinvent by inspiration is the best way forward.
@UtdFaithfuls
It's the same as applying for your own job, that happens with most company takeovers. INEOS are assessing all options and the management performance. It's standard procedure. Please realise this.
@AndyMitten
Rookie error there Andy. Everyone knows when playing football, especially at 5-aside/grassroots level; the guy in the Barca kit is usually the best player on the field. ๐๐ฅด๐๐
@SensibleUtd
The system is 5 defenders (including the No.6) and 6 attackers. As long as Amrabat remains composed in the role; the dynamic will work. It did tonight.
@UtdResurgent
Not by any means trying to protect Rangnick's game record here, but he was saying that about Liverpool from a logical point; Klopp had been there 6 years.
Also many forget how crippled Rashford was last season. Had major foot injury and shoulder surgery. Ralf also on Rashford:
Honestly don't want be disrespectful to Southgate but his approach is just too mundane. The quality of this squad is doing the talking in these tournaments. In 2018, 2020 and now 2022. At almost every turn, he's restricted the team when we needed the opposite.
#ENG
#ThreeLions
@MartienBall
That's actually disgusting. We don't know how anyone truly feels, individually. What struggles they may have. How many people suffer in silence or demonstrate problems in different ways.
#MentalHealthMatters
. You should honestly be ashamed of yourself.

@UtdFaithfuls
Lets not take things out of context here. Maguire and AWB had been progressing under Solskjaer. Both long-term investments. Harry has been a cornerstone of this side for 2 yrs. VdB always intended as a back up signing for Bruno; whoโs been world class for 18 months, so difficult.
@UtdAlarm
@jamesrobsonES
Not being disrepctful here but heโs always shown this intent. Signed Maguire, AWB. Sold Lukaku, pushed the club to buy Bruno; even at full asking price. Demanded we get a striker in. After the failed Haaland transfer; he still wanted another. Heโs shown intent.
@ManUnitedMedia
@utdreport
Because he knows he got it wrong today. That speaks volumes of the integrity of the guy. Recognise and own your mistakes and learn from it.
Itโs a strong and sensible way to approach.
I will never forgive Murtough for Ole. We were so close with him and never gave him time to recover. Solskjaer wasn't perfect by all accounts but we was better than what we are now... and Ten Hag's had a whole season to stabilise this situation. Not 7 games like OGS had.
#MUFC
@Fittzy10
@AdamLevitt
@mufc_nicky
A show of intentions, to signify the youth, courage, success mantra that club hold dear. Clearly the manager and club believe Rasmus is our future and therefore will be playing an important role in PR matters.
What's most significant about this development, whilst we knew about Berreda's impending arrival; is the complete move toward INEOS control in commercial operations:
Jean-Claude Blanc is INEOS Sport CEO
Roger Bell is INEOS CFO.
That's a huge move of intent(!).
@Oliveresuana
Casemiro. Has been poor since returning (regardless of recent goal). Bad possession/ball-retention, passing shortcomings and overloaded all too often.
I'd move Mainoo to No.6, who's our most composed player anyway. Mount be the b2b engine or even consider dropping Bruno deeper.
@CFCMod_
Just going to leave this here. Please don't compare the two. Potter's a good manager in an unfortunate situation. Any manager would struggle in those circumstances.
Ole did well in the time he had, just hit a 'tactical wall' after Ronaldo joined.
@curtiswoodhous8
If you knew anything about the protest; youโd understand itโs not even about the money spent Curtis. That ยฃ1.5B is Unitedโs money, very little from the Glazers themselves. Itโs about the management of football, club debt and lack of owner investment; all whilst taking dividends.
@Utd_Analytics
Bullsh*t. Fergusonโs always had an advisory role to Solskjaer. As a director of the club has a vested interest. Heโs simply has a passion for United and wants to see it do well. He respects Ole as an individual; hence putting forward his name for the job initially.
@yahya_abiola
@Kebiruesuana
Exactly. Too many fans, whilst in a positive light, too eager to see youngsters out there starting already. Weโve very rarely ever done that.
Always best to gradually build them up with subs appearances. Ole has handled it immensely.
#MUFC
That is a must watch...
Whilst a great interview covering everything OGS, I finished this with a palpable sense of injustice for Solkjaer's time as manager. You can tell he knew United inside out and would walk over hot coals to deliver sustained success for the club.

Well, having watched England's recent victory over Australia; I can fundamentally say it was a far more entertaining game and professional standard than football played by the men's team in recent times. This coming from a male who has observed the sport for several decades.

Tuchel has managed 21 games for Chelsea. In that time his record is 14W-5D-2L. Ole in the same period (first 21 games) is 15W-2D-4L. OGS also had an 8 game winning streak, Tuchel drew his first game 0-0 w/Wolves.

We're in joint 3rd (with City) and 2 points off the top. Just 7 PL games in with our new signings. Lost to Young Boys because we had 10 players and a last-minute individual error and a current midfield of Fred/McTominay. Respectfully, not exactly Scholes-Carrick/Keane levels.
@MerlinUnited
Nicely put and well said ๐. Seems an action of the board coming to itโs senses and Murtough leading the way from his understanding of Rangnickโs work.
As of 8:00 a.m. EST (13:00 p.m. GMT), Tuesday 20th February; the subsequent "Closing" of the 'Transaction Agreement' between the Glazer family and Sir Jim Ratcliffe c/o 'Trawlers Limited' for 25% Class B shares and initial "Subscription Shares" for

This is quite a statement from United.
Stewart and Baty to depart at end of the season. Stewart was legal counsel before stepping up to interim CEO, upon Arnold's departure. Baty has been CFO since 2016.
JC Blanc then interim under Berrada arrival.
So looks like INEOS stepped in to prevent another shit show... and even then, Sevilla is set to make โฌ15M from the proposed buy back... ๐
The quicker we get a new football structure in place, the better! It can't come sooner enough...
Newcastle backtracking, after the latest Ashworth news of arbitration. What a glorious sight! ๐คฉ๐คฃ
Hopefully we can put this one to bed before the summer ๐ค.

1. Quite the (almost) 24 hours on the Ratcliffe/INEOS deal front:
- SEC filing released late last night, stated Sir Jim had extended his 'Tender Offer' date from today (13th) until Friday (16th Feb).
- Has provided more detail on 'Prove of Wealth/Funds...':
@TenHagEra
@centredevils
@TheAthleticFC
We don't want YOU anywhere near the club.
Have some respect for a club legend will you and learn your history. The man broke his back trying to fix the issues. The actual football didn't work out (he gave it bloody good go) but his background efforts have helped Ten Hag.
@Oliveresuana
MOTM for me. His movement, composure in counterattack and defence. Pretty much nullified Doku until Garnacho and Onana let him in.
Covered everything. Coolest man in the pitch and doesn't even have to force it ๐.
Doesn't always get it right but is significantly underrated.
Love the fact Ronaldo has gone from super serious global star, on arrive to excitable kid; in a few weeks.
Each passing day, feeling more at home, back to his roots; with those who adore him โค๏ธ๐พ๐ช.
#MUFC
@UtdWesleyy
Still potential for him to have a future at United. Showed his abilities that game. Did ok at Villa, Napoli hasn't worked out but still young enough for a chance. A need to trim the squad also of older 'fringe players' (Bailly, Jones); could be perfect time for Ten Hag to assess.
@MUFCScoop
Yeah that Jones face is definitely saying โIโm bloody knackeredโ ๐ฅต. Poor guy. Just hope he manages to keep some fitness/injury free moving forward.
@MerlinUnited
Delusional all of them. Questioning everything from Oleโs subs history to Phelan and Carrickโs role.
We lost by one self-inflicting error, played badly in possession with 10 players. Yet the clueless lot are calling for Oleโs head; despite good summer window/solid season start.
With that 'anticipated' Caicedo link:
Imagine potentially signing a player for ยฃ70M+, that you apprently scouted and could have signed for ยฃ4M but felt it 'wasn't worth it'...
That's what United supposedly did.
No words. ๐

@_MUFCJames
@UTDkingsley
Always thought Ronaldo was better as an impact sub when he came back to United. Still believe it now. That kind of player who can change a game when the team need it. Pointless tiring out playing 90 mins every game. Maximise his potential. Utilise the attacking depth.
