@OrderOfMentats @GuntherEagleman @EndWokeness Does the first amendment apply to non citizens ? Can the cops arrest a tourist with no probable cause and detain them indefinitely? The constitution uses the word citizens several times. If the rights only applied to citizens it’d say so.

@zachary_theiss @ZaidJilani You guys always stop reading there. Progressive approaches are critical of the nuclear family because it’s not communal enough. Other cultures have generations of people living in the same house. Asian/African/middle eastern all have extended families living under one roof.
