If housing prices/mortgages weren't so high to begin with, landlords wouldn't need to ask for such high rent payments. I think rent costs are ridiculous, but if mortgage payments are high, they need to recoup that.

Healthcare in BC sucks under an NDP govt where the opioid crisis is at its worst. Tent cities, a 79% increase in food bank usage since 2019, many more taxes for 2024 & on & on.....
