@ejeancarroll Here is the problem with Garland choosing to go forward with this defense. He may lose and in so doing damage the institution of the Presidency AND the DoJ. That's likely. He could win, in which case President are above Civil Law, despite the ruling of Jones v. Clinton.

@RepClayHiggins Mike Pence was the VP. He knows more about the plan to overthrow the election than you do and he knows what those Jan 6 insurrectionists had in mind for him, they made it very clear in their chants. He knew that if he got in the limo, he wasn't going to be brought back to finish.

@caroltracy8 @dsamuelsohn Pardons are not subject to challenge, however, providing one to protect yourself from removal and prosecution is a corrupt act and likely chargeable. Time to arrest Trump.
