In a May study in @jclinicalinvest , @LaelYonker showed that more than half of patients with MIS-C had genetic material — called RNA — from the coronavirus still in their stool, suggesting virus is living in their gut, even though it's gone from their nose.

Vaccines protect against symptomatic COVID in kids. (But titers wane!) Here, we show BNT162b2 induces robust cross-variant SARS-CoV-2 immunity in children despite lower vaccine dose. Time to vaccinate/boost kids for the winter season!
