It's a shame to have so many unfinished projects, I think everyone should eventually revisit those projects and at least complete them even if they aren't perfect, it's something.

Recruiters and companies aren’t sourcing designers on Twitter though. Dribbble is still the more popular choice for discovering portfolios and active designers.

I keep seeing the debates on naming layers in Figma or not. If you can't operate just as efficiently with poorly named layers, you have bigger issues to worry about. If you have the time though, sure then do it.

There's nothing wrong with niching down in your portfolio but you will be losing potential clients who want to see examples outside of that niche. Have a diverse portfolio but specialize in one area.

PSA: If you're a leader who doesn't practice the values you preach, you're a hypocrite. You set an example for the work culture through your actions. "If you're sick, take time off!" and proceed to work while sick is one example. Those under your leadership will follow suit.
