It drives me crazy how so many people say "I'm a big 2A supporter but...." The 2A isn't the cornerstone of democracy. It was a practical concern in the 1790's to allow firearms for well regulated state militias. Now it's a political god that allows 18 year olds to buy AR-15's.

One week away from kickoff for UNC and no final decision by the NCAA on Tez Walker's status. A failure to sue the NCAA (and UNC since that's who will decide not to play him) would be a travesty to this young man. The Courts are now receptive to the rights of college athletes.
