Not one Police Officer has defended/justified the atrocity in Minneapolis. This was a criminal act by someone dressed in a Police uniform. Don't let that tarnish real Police Officers who truly care about human beings. The anger is justified. Hate isn't. Be safe...

Incredible #courage shown by the @OttawaPolice officers running TOWARD a suspect shooting at them. After the suspect had already shot someone else We throw around terms like #HERO #courageous Well this is the true definition. They ran toward danger so you & I are safe #Thanks

Very proud of the officers working last night in the Byward Market who pursued and were shot-at by an armed suspect after he shot a bar host/security on Clarence St (non life-threatening inj). Suspect arrested, firearm retrieved, no inj to officers/suspect/patrons @OttawaPolice
