Working on staff at #ihopkc was weird. I was devoting 24hrs/wk to 3 “departments” for 1.5yrs because I was able to get $800/mo. But then the finance department said “you’re a single male. You don’t need that much.” So I continued on $500/mo till I was getting evicted.

I just remembered that while in Media at @ihopkc camera ops were regularly instructed to “only show the pretty people worshiping” and that it was preferable to favor the women on camera. I know most of those leaders I had were instructed by their leaders, and they’ve all left.
