2022 I pushed myself to get over a fear of large crowds to support #itfc and strengthen the bond I have with my son,as he is getting older it felt important to embrace our mutual love for the team, ST have been amazing, getting out of the comfort zone is where the magic happens!

12 years ago today Gary Speed died by suicide! Check in on your mates, the funny/ happy ones need you too! Its a tragedy to lose someone this way, and heartbreaking to be the friend/ family member left behind. Raise awareness 75% of suicides are men!
