Not been a good day for Jane Mangan on RTV at Naas firstly mixing up the gelding Limestone Lad and the mare Solerina and then claims Noble Yeats won the bumper on this card 3 years ago when in fact the only time he ever ran at Naas was when pulled up in the Grade 3 Novice Chase

All I have to say about this show is @JohnnyDineen has been the breath of fresh air previews, podcasts and punditry has been crying out for the past couple of years. No airs and graces speaks his mind stands by his opinions and honest as the day is long! Oh and brilliant stories!

Anyone tuning into racing from Punchestown today take note of the opening 3yo hurdle. Its often used in recent years to debut a few Grade 1 stars with the likes of Espoir D'Allen and Quilixios. Winners of this normally go on to run in the 3yo hurdle in Down Royal in a few weeks.

Luck was on our side today in Galway and we all know it's a hard place to get out infront. 4 winners on the day kicked off by Bubbling 13/8, Lucky Out put up at 7/2 returned 7/4, Reidh put up at 4/1 returned 100/30 and Clear Quartz put up at 20/1 (some 22s about) returned 12/1!
