The NHS saved my son in 2002 after an anaphylactic reaction to nuts that we didn’t know about. The NHS saved my daughter in 2009 after a suspected stroke turned out to be epilepsy. We need to save the NHS for all the times it saved us.

My baby girl’s graduation ceremony today. I’ll be honest, I’m incredibly emotional about this. Me and Auld adopted her when she was 2. She’s been through some tough storms in her young life, enough to break other adults, never mind a child. Proud doesn’t say enough. ❤️

I’m very relieved and pleased to say that my beautiful granddaughter arrived safely in the early hours of Wednesday morning, after a rollercoaster of emotions that lasted too many lifetimes. Pics later. Mum and baby are doing okay. Grandma is a sobbing wreck.

Mathilda has gone back to Dogs Trust today… because she was so young when we got her she hadn’t had a first season so couldn’t be spayed. They offered to do her for free if we took her back, so off she tootled early this morning. We pick her up later. My gorgeous girl 🧡
