@AskAManager Upper mgmt created an SOP for how all empl should organize the drawers at our desks. Top drawer used only for x, middle drawer for y, bottom drawer for z. Only two personal items allowed per cubicle. This was not useful or warranted in our industry & was roundly mocked by all.

Because her anxiety was mentioned during intake, everyone assumed she was malingering. When the MRI showed lesions the neuro apologised with real shame on her face.
