My mom died when I was 14, being an only child with no family here. It was just me and my father for a while. If he knew I wasn’t praying or knew I wasn’t fasting, he would ask me if I was feeling ok or if I needed anything. He never made me feel like a “disgusting creature”

My mum passed away when I was 14 and I genuinely thought I’d lost my bestfriend. But Allah ﷻ has genuinely blessed me so immensely with my stepmum in my life. She’s now my bestfriend and I can’t imagine my life without her. Indeed with hardship comes ease, just have Tawakkul.
