We shouldn't be in competition with other voice actors We should be in Pokemon-style rivalries where we aggressively congratulate each other for getting the part we were both up for... and then vowing to do even better next time before walking into a sunset.

@zzsleeps I mean you gotta hand it to them, pretty genius move using the plastic-like nature of the 3D to their advantage by making it literally about plastic toys for their first moive. I really think it helped ease people into the idea of 3D moves in general

I used to have so much patience, but I am becoming increasingly unkind to people who subscribe to the "struggling artist" mythos and use it as a justification for why "real" artists do it for the love of the craft, not money, and if you want to be an artist, you have to struggle
