Toured an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in downtown Silver Spring. A surprisingly spacious 2-level, 2 bathroom, 500-square foot home. We fit 26 people inside. ADUs are an effective, low impact solution to both aging in place needs and the housing shortage.

In doing his job to keep us safe, Sgt. Patrick Kepp lost both of his legs. This kid was arrested in May for going 136mph on 270. The system failed Sgt. Kepp, all of us, and this 19yo from now spending the better part of his life in prison.
