Pearly Young, 77, was killed today in #Buffalo shopping for groceries. For 25 years she ran a pantry where every Saturday she fed people in Central Park. Every. Saturday. She loved singing, dancing, & being with family. She was mother, grandma, & missionary. Gone too soon 🕊

@77Macb Thanks for sharing. I’m sorry this happened to you. I worked for an OB-GYN group. The youngest OB patient any of them had was just 12! The doctor said it was a “difficult” delivery. I was shocked, sickened and so angry just thinking about it!

@mdnij34 Our Walmart only has 3 cashier lanes open, so I use the self-checkout. Several cashiers are lingering right there in case you need help, so I don’t feel I’m stealing their jobs! They’re probably happier, not having to touch all our items, bag them or touch our money!

OMG! My heart is breaking today, watching the news from Uvalde. I have to leave in a few minutes to go wait in the pickup line at my granddaughter’s school. Her 2 older sisters go to 2 other schools, and my daughter teaches at a 4th school! I CAN’T STOP CRYING! 😭

@brrendaaac @Sashelly My dad was in a nursing home last 3 yrs. of his life in after his dementia demanded 24/7 care. I visited him almost every day & can write a book of the horrors I saw. If EVERY elected official spent just 24 hrs. in one, they would see that these patients DESERVE better!

@sevannah_storm I’m very happy for you. 🤗 I’ve lost over 40. Started intermittent fasting and clean eating and it’s been so easy! I do not miss pizza, bread, rice, potatoes or pasta, but I have been over indulging in the sweets this week. You have to treat yourself once in a while.
