The festival needs to be put back two weeks to improve chances of having better weather, for spectators and ground, soft/heavy ground festivals are a bit anticlimactic.

@John1986ire Of course they are… they get 7lbs against the boys and their own races. denied us Lossiemouth v state man, BDA v Ballyburn and Dinoblue would’ve gone close in champion chase. Make all the 2.5 mile novice races handicaps and get rid of the mares’ races; lose the 4 miler too.

@quevega Many stores don’t make the track with injuries or just aren’t good enough to make a race horse, it’s like if you can’t get a horse to win off a jumps mark of 75 you’re not going to keep trying. I just think quality over quantity but understand and get what you’re saying.
