Does addition of Ixazomib improves PFS in maintenance? The answer is NO. Study finding: hey, look!! MRD-ve patients do well! Me: due to Ixa maintenance? Authors: can’t tell. So we are back to same above conclusion.

The key to long lasting success is team work. We should work on establishing a Saudi Cooperative Oncology Group (SCOG). Each subgroup can focus on a disease group but all subgroups will be tasked to run cooperative trials sponsored by gov’t and pharma.

@MusaAbuSultan @AaronGoodman33 @MediHumdani Non-transplanter here: The best data we have is from EBMT which suggest AutoSCT has better 3 years OS. Clone relationship is not 100% but IgHv concordance and PD1 expression can be suggestive as well as IHC.
