Pro tip: if you sidechain your eq to the phase polarity of your sub frequency the isolation of the frequency inversion will create a phase distortion that can be harnessed by oscillating a compression signal routed to a return track! It’s complicated but essential for a clean mix

Some of the best producers in the game are almost entirely sample based. If you can’t take a sample and make it sound like ur own signature sound I recommend learning more about post processing sample manipulation and songwriting

Dubstep (Brostep, Riddim) is truly a dead genre. It exists only as a parody of itself, to draw negative reactions from other producers, to distract from the absurdity of its abrasive content and horrendous design. Any sane person would prefer its cousin genres like house and DnB.

Serious question. how upset are you when djs don’t nail their transitions? I’m not taking train wreck just slightly off. do you cut them some slack because we are all human? Or do you talk mad shit like “bitch I can do double drops in my sleep and this fool can’t even beat match”

Pro tip: I intentionally make my tunes as unoriginal as possible. That way big labels will want to sign them 😜
