The board gave the team the option to drop down a league. The players refused.

The friendly welcome anyone gets when coming to Claggan but was made clear we weren’t happy they’d decided to go ahead with an article. As expected they trashed us in it but we expected nothing different than that. We move onwards and hopefully upwards!

We know our history we are proud of it💛🖤
Our goal this year was to remain in the Highland League so we can rebuild and progress through our youths
The only way we will leave the HL is if we are relegated and we’ll fight till our last ball is kicked
See you next season 👍
@FortWilliamFC
The harsh reality is that you're completely out of your depth in that league and have been for many years. Maybe time to admit that and seek pastures new.
Hugely disappointed to see that some people have come into the park over the weekend and smashed seats in the stand and left lots of empty drink bottles and cans around. Unfortunately as Claggan is a public park we cannot lock the gates. (1/2)
If your looking for some Sunday night viewing or haven’t seen it yet our BBC Documentary “The Fort’ covering the struggles we face and our 840 day wait for a win can be found below 🎞
Can we get a retweet for every one of those days 🤞🖤💛🌎
Works started laying the lateral drainage on the pitch (phase 1).
£6000 of drainage stone and £2500 of drainage pipes being laid on the ground.
Next will be the the sand slitting (phase 2)
and new outer rail (phase 3)
This is where all the money that you helped to raise is going.

It is with great sadness that we announce today the passing of former manager of Fort William FC Henrick Madej. Henrick managed the club through our early years in the North Reserve League and into the Highland League where he established this club as a force in the North.
