I didn’t train for 30 years to sit with a head set giving out antidepressants and antibiotics. I didn’t train GPs to do this either. I can do telemedicine but it’s not sustainable, safe, equitable or useful without a functioning secondary care service. @rcgp

Problem is whenever someone uses the word “bullying” they are isolated. NHS is rife with bullying yet many so called leaders deny its existence, and work to disappear targets who speak up. Many victims remain terrified to speak. Bullies are often lauded: quite incredulous.

@lothianlmc @jasonleitch Many of us are already working Saturdays. There’s not enough vaccines to justify Sunday’s too. But no problem if that’s required. As for mass vaccination centres - 🤔- we’re fine with none in Highland and we are trailblazing delivery with another rural board & two island Boards
