Temp housing for 30 days in #manhattan is not cheap, just paid $10,500+ for a 3 bed / 2 bath for @Artofthebroker , @JasSainiCRE & myself while we shop for a 3 bed as a permanent spot for the yr 🫠 FYI these guys are roommates for a yr 😂 They know they need to grind or else ☠️
