@natalyanderson I spent 18 years as a Police Inspector. As such, I had the legal power to take children into police protection for 72 hours, whilst the Social Services took steps to ensure their safety. Obviously tensions could be high. But, unlike you, I'd put their welfare before my politics

Somehow it isn't the Court's responsibility to provide interpreters for the Defendant. Nor is it the Defendant's solicitor, almost certainly paid for by the tax payer. Nor is it the Defendant's. No. As usual, it's down to the police. And everyone sneers if it isn't done.
