Hi Oliver. As one of the businesses you’re talking about, it is honestly a worry for us and that is one of the many reasons that we ended up making the complicated decision to stick with takeaway only for December. Etto is tiny. Some of the team live with vulnerable family...
There are not many perks to working in restaurants right now but we got to eat all this at 11am today. I’ll take it. (Nothing left this week but it was all delicious, if that’s any solace. 😬)
