@MightyKeef I mean, there's a difference here. Baldur's Gate 3, much like Divinity: OS2 is a strategy RPG. A turn isn't just "hit the attack button" it's observe the area, look for items that can be used, look for possible interferences and interactions, etc. A turn in this game is LONG.
