If that market is no longer there - because tariffs & checks make it more expensive/difficult NI farmers have a glut of milk which keeps growing.

It doesn’t Adam. Have you actually read the article? The Uk exports 30-40% of its lamb. Of the lamb we export 92% goes to the EU. It says that v clearly in black and white.
